CAN DENTAL CARE LAST INDEFINITELY WITH NO NEW PROBLEMS?

I believe the anser is YES! After practicing dentistry for 30 years and observing the results of quality dental care coupled with effective prevention I believe restorative, cosmetic, and general dental care can last indefinitely. I am so certain of this that I have decided to put in writing as a GUARANTEE and you can see it for yourself at our office.
What it takes for lasting restorative care is for the dentist to 1. want to achieve it via taking whatever time is necessary, 2. using the best materials and technology, and 3. not considering the work to be completed until the result is perfect enough so that it is easy to maintain and has no defects.
Dental Care varies in quality more than any service or product you buy. The trouble is that most people are not educated enough to differentiate between poor care which may only last a few years and care that will last a lifetime and Insurance companies depend on this as well as put pressure on the dentist to do volume rather than quality care. In addition it is an unfortunate fact that offering the very best most effective preventive dental program, one which will totally eliminate the cause of dental decay(cavities) and periodontal (gum) disease is for the dental profession a MAJOR CONFLICT with what is considered to be the normal practice and the business aspect of the Dental Profession as a whole. What I am saying is that dentists are rewarded for the dental disease that occurs in your mouth and it is easy to see why a dentist may not seek out new preventive technology nor emphasize it within their office. Some areas of dental care where a dentist limits his practice to the treatment of Root Canals, or Periodontal Disease or Prosthodontics (the replacement of teeth), or the placement of Implants are 100% reliant for their income on the continuous dental disease of the public. If dental disease was eradicated they would be out of business.
AT BETHEL DENTAL ASSOCIATES YOU CAN HAVE HEALTHY TEETH FOR A LIFETIME. BY FAR THE LEAST EXPENSIVE AND BEST INSURANCE YOU CAN BUY IS QUALITY DENTISTRY COUPLED WITH A HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PREVENTIVE PROGRAM. IN THE LONG RUN YOU WILL SPEND FAR LESS MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET THAN THOSE WHO GO TO AN “INSURANCE DENTIST” FOR “CHEAPER CARE” AND YOU WILL HAVE THE ADDED BENEFIT OF HAVING A HEALTHIER MORE ATTRACTIVE SMILE!
